At My Online Vape Store, we are committed to helping you in the event that your vaping products are not functioning to your satisfaction, in addition to your statutory rights which are protected under UK law.

How do I return a vape product?

• To be eligible for a refund your vape items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging.
• Faulty vaping items (such e-cigarettes which have a technical defect) should be returned to us within 30 days for a review replacement or refund.
• Customers will be required to provide us with a proof of purchase.
• Upon acceptance of a refund on your faulty or unused vape products, My Online Vape Store will issue a refund in the same way that you paid for your order. If you ordered using your credit card, we will refund back to your credit card.
